• Items are made in-house out of Austin, Texas.
• All apparel and shirts are 100% cotton (unless otherwise stated)
• Suggested cold wash and hang dry (or tumble low)

Processing

Please allow 5-8 days to process your order prior to shipping.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Austin, Texas.

Shipping Fees

All orders above $100 ship free, regardless of destination.

Domestic, United States of America (USA)

• Carriers: USPS or UPS
• Delivery: 3-7 days (After processing time)
• Rate: $8

Non-Domestic (Everywhere else):

• Carriers: USPS International, DHL
• Delivery: 5 days – 2 weeks, depending on your pathways
• Rate: $25

Cancellations

Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order before it’s shipped, contact support@brennem.com with the subject line “CANCEL”. In the email, please provide your Full Name and Order Number.

Returns

Currently, all sales are final until further notice. which means we do not accept returns unless there was a mistake we made with your order (including, but not limited to, receiving the wrong item, size, or color way).
